While placing the order customers need to select the idol and the pick up location. Once selected it cannot be updated.
Once the orders are ready for pick up we will communicate with customers and notify them that the order is ready for pick up.
Order must be picked up during advised time.
2. Order Cancellation and refund Policy
If customers want to cancel their order, they need to send an order cancellation request via email id used while placing the order to info@EcofriendlyGanesh.com.au or give us a call on 0414 282 001 to discuss your cancellation request. The order cancellation request needs to include the relevant order number and the customer's contact number.
Order cancellation requests must be received by us within 48 hrs of placing the order for the full refund.
An cancellation request received after the 48 hrs period will attract a $35 processing fee.
Please check the idols before accepting delivery. If they are damaged after the collection we cannot be held responsible for it and no refund will be provided.
